Long time no see – Long time no post. Well, wedding season kicked in this month for me & that too close friend & family members were having their big day. Last week I was attending one of my close friend’s wedding in Mumbai and I thought of sharing the story here – Behind the scene stories with pictures 😉
Part 1 is dedicated to our Girl’s night out = Bachelorette Party.
Weddings are great fun and this one was no exception. We stayed the night at a hotel since we knew there was lot to catch up on and lot to do. After dressing up we got drinks on the house as a gesture from our hotel for the Bride & her girls *win-win situation*. Later that night we drove down to Four Seasons Hotel – AER Lounge. A gorgeous roof top lounge which was perfect for the night and the view was breathtaking.

She got her Tag on for the night
Pit-Stop before heading out for the night. Free drinks courtesy *to be bride* charm 😉
Ofcourse a room selfie before heading out is a must!

Love Love Love
Once we got back to our room we got into our PJ’s and had a late girlie night gossip session. By end of the night I made two new gorgeous friends for life 🙂
Can’t wait to show you more pictures of this amazing Indian wedding. Part 2 coming soon 🙂
Have you attended a wedding lately?
Valentine’s Day 2015 is already here. Are you excited? Must have planned your day well in advance. Right? Well, for me I have an Indian wedding to attend in the evening, so our date night has been cancelled 😦 . Still I have got *Sunshine* as my Husband has planned a breakfast/brunch date 🙂
This makes me happy because
1) This will be our first Valentine’s Day as Husband & Wife
2) I love breakfast ( my inner foodie speaking)
I created a simple day time date makeup look – soft eyes & pinky nude lips. This look will look good on any skin tone since it is subtle and enhances ones features. Check out my video to see how I get this look. Happy Valentine’s Day all ❤
Elie Saab Le Parfum is for you to try ( & eventually buy) if you looking for a floral & woody fragrance rather than fruity one. I remember, I caught a whiff of this perfume from a sample placed in one of the magazines and I fell for it.
This luxurious bottle is filled with such an exotic fragrance that makes you truly feel like a model amidst street walkers *check out their ad camping for reference*
For me, in a perfume, one of the most important thing after its fragrance is its bottle. Elie Saab has created on of the most luxurious looking bottle I must say. From the shape of the bottle to the top cover it oozes out elegance.
The key notes of this gorgeous fragrance are:
Top Note : Orange Blossom
Middle Note : Jasamine
Base Note : Cedar wood & honey rose
The fragrance lasts a long time. It is *Strong* yet subtle ( if that makes sense)
The bottle is gorgeous. Makes the vanity area look beautiful.
Mixture of floral & woody notes makes it stand out from other perfumes.
I really cant think of any. It’s that amazing.
I bought Elie Saab Le Parfum in Dubai a year go for approximately AED 595 for 90 ml. In India it retails for about Rs 7/8000.
Have you tried this one? What are your thoughts? What are your current favorite perfumes?
